If I could, I would have clicked on a 0. I bought 2 of these because everyone else said they were good. The box we opened was impossible to assemble. We followed the diagram and placed plastic pieces into holes at the end of each shelf. There were other holes but they were far too small to fit. But the plastic pieces don’t match up to the holes on the side. And I’m not talking about a tiny amount. It was simply impossible to put together. I called bookcase company, and the person I spoke to was pleasant, but it was her first day. We did not open the other. Both are going back. Amazon has been very helpful.
This is the first, and I hope the last, nasty review I have written.

Jugos para una vida saludable: Una guia para obtener el maximo beneficio de las frutas y los vegetales frescos puede ser util si ya conoce del tema – A. Amaya – Miami, FL
El material esta ordenado en capitulos que tratan, cada uno, una enfermedad determinada. La “Diabetes” digamos, y entonces propina las caracteristicas de la enfermedad o afeccion, y luego ofrece sugerencias de cuales frutas o verduras serian apropiadas para hacer jugos. La lista de enfermedades es extensa, y eso es positivo. Mi sugerencia es que si este fuera su primer libro de nutricion, o alimentacion, busque otro. Pero si ya tiene otros, basicos, de conocimiento general, creo que se puede aprovechar, sabiendo que dejar de lado y que utilizar.
En ocasiones las sugerencias que hace la autora, estan en discordancia con otras fuentes del conocimento medico mas autoritativas. Por cuanto se trata, exclusivamente de jugos, sepa que -los jugos- no suple las ingestas de fibra, que son de suma importancia y que se destruyen al licuar, o batir las frutas y verduras.
La traduccion sin lugar a dudas es pesima, hay palabras que ni siquiera estan traducidas… asunto que puede importar a la hora de regalarlo a un amigo o familiar hispano que no tenga conocimientos del idioma ingles.
Un trabajo, bastante bueno acerca del cuidado de la salud es: ?Que comeria Jesus?: El programa vital para comer bien, sentirse bien, y vivir mas EL autor es un medico, y -mas o menos- aborda las virtudes de la “dieta mediterranea” desde una perspectiva cristiana y medica.

I have found this book very informative. A good feature were the juice recipes. However, it was very poorly translated. I could not recommend it to anyone who does not have any knowledge of the English language.

Walton’s Irish Tin Whistle, Key of D Not all Walton’s are made the same – Steven Quigley – Pasadena, MD USA
A Walton’s D was the first tin whistle I purchased over 10 years ago from an Irish gift shop in Baltimore. But as much as I practiced with it, I just could never really get it to sound so great–especially in the higher octave, but even sometimes in the low. So I assumed it was me, and it really discouraged my whistle playing for some time. Then one day I picked up a Mel Bay by Clarke whistle that I spotted at a local music store. Wow, suddenly I realized that I wasn’t so bad after all. It turned out, I must have gotten a bad Walton’s, and just didn’t know enough to abandon it. Then my brother lent me a Walton’s that he’d purchased in Ireland at about the same time but never played; that Walton’s whistle from Ireland is far superior to the one I purchased in the U.S. The one from Ireland had a slightly wider barrel with bigger finger holes, and I could play very cleanly with little effort. Unfortunately, I can’t tell you how to distinguish between the two Walton D’s if they’re both still on the market, but I can say that if you’re looking for a great, all-around, inexpensive whistle, I highly recommend the Clarke Sweetone whistle which is my favorite inexpensive whistle.
Of the D whistles I now own, my order of preference for overall sound and ease of play is as follows: Sindt (0), Sweetone (), Generation (), Susato (), Mel Bay by Clarke (), and Walton’s ().
I know you need practice to play the high notes on the tin whistle–still, they are a little squeaky on this one. I have another D whistle I bought at a faire 10 years ago and it seems to work much better- so maybe you just need to get to know your own personal whistle, spend some time with it and find out how much air flow it likes before it starts yelling at you. Overall it’s nice and I don’t mind that the finish comes off- I think it looks better that way and it doesn’t effect the sound at all. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Fast Forward – Future Shellshock! v.1 A very good buy, very enjoyable, still the Turtles we love – dagodfather – Sunnyvale, CA
I was a little hesitant to purchase this DVD, never having watched this season on TV. I had heard some bad things about this season, such as the change in animation style and the fact that this season was made to sell more toys. I was very glad to ignore those things and pick it up anyway. You get used the animation change right away, its really not that big a deal. Once you watch a couple of episodes, you realize this is still the same Turtles that started this wonderful series in 2003. There is definitely continuity from the previous seasons. I enjoyed this half of the season but the next half is even better. If you love the TMNT, you’ve got to pick this up.
Funimation: The Turtles and Splinter suddenly find themselves in a futuristic world inhabited by a “melting pot” population of humans and aliens. Who’s responsible for this mess? Why none other than Cody Jones, Casey and April’s fourteen-year old great grandson, who accidentally pulled the Turtles through a “time window” to the year 2105!
